About who needs care: I need a driver for an out patient surgery. Carpal Tunnel surgery. The surgery will take 15 minutes but I need a driver who will stay during the surgery and return me home. I live in Berkley and the surgery would be at 12 & Inkster at a surgical center. I will not know the time until the night before. I am employed and reasonably healthy but I don't have anyone to get me to and from surgery and be my representative while I am having surgery. About the care needs: Good Driver - Promt and reliable - I don't need specific medical experience from the driver - anyone who can drive safely - I expect to be walking after the surgery but maybe grogy - my car or theirs - mine is 2008 Saturn - once home, I will just nap if I am sleepy or watch TV if I am alert. No extra care needed once I pass the threshold of my home. Services needed include: transportation.
