About who needs care: My mother is being released from rehab on Friday 12/5. She is going home to Maple Heights senior living. She has mobility issues and needs assistance with the following: According to the most recent clinical evaluation she can: -walk 200 ft with a walker -needs assistance with lower dressing and toileting -needs assistance with medication management (she should definitely never be in charge of this on her own) -able to transfer from bed to chair with supervision She also has a phone addiction and needs to have it taken away at night so she will sleep normal hours otherwise she will stay up all night on her phone. About the care needs: Someone who is gregarious but will be honest with her about care she needs. My mother can be stubborn and thinks shes more independent than she actually is. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
