About who needs care: history of stroke, affecting memory, has expressive aphasia, left sided weakness, self neglect. Very private person and does not like help with self-care, but could use at least someone who can nudge him in the right direction every day. He also needs help with chores. About the care needs: forgot to mention previously that he could use help with transportation to food, bank, and grocery store. Someone who is patient with his inability to express himself and will not mistake that for him having dementia. He is a smart guy. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
