About who needs care: Dad will need help w appts and remembering to take his meds. He recently had a right lobotomy and struggling to walk of any distance. Also has trouble remembering appts. He does not drive so groceries and scripts need to be picked up for him! Loves to walk and be outside but has to be pushed to get out. He does suffer from some depression as well. He does have 3 children and grown grandchildren that help as much as possible but have jobs and children and wr are just looking to give dad a little more support during the work week. Dad does sleep a lot in which is effecting his healing process and quality of life. About the care needs: Dad is very shy and has quite the sense of humor. He does have a hard time communicating when he needs help and the best fit for him is someone willing to go at his speed and just spend quality time but help where its needed. Minor housekeeping groceries and scripts. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
