About the job
About who needs care: My friend has early cognitive decline but is very sociable. Our issue is night time, having to go to the bathroom and trying to get there in time, she has started to fall. She uses a cane anyway and is very afraid of falling and walks quite slowly. So when she rushes and it's night she often can lose her balance. She then is incontinent from the fall. During the day she gets around quite well and has a routine that is very set , watching TV in her room and walking out to the garage because she, unfortunately still smokes, which we are working on stopping. But very difficult to do. So as of now it's just night care really to make sure she doesn't fall and help to bathroom. About the care needs: Kind and understanding of urinary accidents. May need to help change cloths. Otherwise some who enjoys talking. Mostly she would be sleeping.
