About who needs care: He has parkinsons disease. He is diabetic middle toe on left foot has been amputated. His memory/cognitive skills are declining. He has chronic back pain which limits his ability to move and needs a little bit of assistance walking and getting up. His best time is the morning. About the care needs: Someone who can prepare his meals, patient, physically strong. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
