About who needs care: Newly diagnosed with alzheimer's. Very functional but we'd like support so her husband can do some other tasks/get a break, and she can have companionship to talk, do a little stretching or some knitting. Possible support with showering down the road. About the care needs: Good listener that isn't bossy, since she is pretty independent. Patience but persistent in suggesting some movement. If they enjoyed fiber arts that would be amazing. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
