About who needs care: Walks well, with walker, has trouble with sit-to-stand. Resistive to hygiene, needs patience and encouragement. Its difficult for her to reposition in bed once there, does better if someone helps her get well-positioned to begin with. Depression in play. Eats fair. Monitoring/coaching re bowel mgt helpful (she can get pretty constipated when left to her own). Needs prompts to take daily meds. About the care needs: Cheerful, but not overbearingly so. Patience. Able to assist with bed positioning. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
