Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Brunswick

About the job

My Mom has moderate dementia and has just stopped driving in the last couple of months. We work and our daughter goes to school so the days are long for her. She needs someone who can come in and spend time. She might have appointments, need to do errands or just spend some time with someone. As her dementia has progressed, she is more comfortable with a woman and someone closer to her age. However, that does not mean only someone in their 70's or 80's. She loves to go out to breakfast or lunch but that sometimes needs to be reigned in as there isn't money for it all the time. She currently does a lot of puzzles but needs someone to do other things. She plays cribbage and cards. She used to read voraciously and likes good British shows on Masterpiece Theater. Loves theater! We are looking for someone 2 days a week for 2 hours a day.
