About the job
Your client: Stubborn but kind 79-year-old man doesn't think he needs help with anything. However, he does. Looking for a Mary Poppins type (cheerful and funny yet stern) to help with light housekeeping and meal prep, as well as be transportation for errands such as grocery store, etc. My dad doesn't drive anymore, and was very independent before having a stroke in July 2025. Looking for someone that will talk with him, help him around the house, help him with gardening. Remind him to take his medications. Take walks with him. Help with laundry. He does well with all activities of daily living, but struggles with more complex or multi-step tasks. Looking for someone to engage with him.
