Senior Care Needed For A Few Hours In Morning & Evening (Ironsides, MD)

In search of ongoing home health aide / caregiver for my 90-year-old dad who had a fall recently. 2-3 hrs in the am & another few hrs in the evening. Light meal prep; make sure medication (pills) taken; help showering, toileting, dressing as needed; companionship; light housekeeping including laundry, change/wash sheets & vacuuming; running errands (e. g. groceries, RX pickup);. My dad is pretty independent... has mobility around the house with his walker, get up from chairs/bed, & can do most personal care tasks. He can use the toilet, but has ocassional incontinence (uses pads with his underwear). He can shower on his own, but sometimes needs light assistance or supervision to make sure all ok. He is starting to have some memory issues / confusion. My mom also lives in the house, but is more independent. Home located in Ironsides area.
