About who needs care: Paraplegic, diabetes, heart disease, lymphoma. He is also incontinent. He was an active adult until July of this year. Likes old muscle cars and is a very social person. He was very active. Creative mind and has many handyman skills. He was a meat cutter by trade and owned several small food businesses. His day begins early with breakfast and coffee , daily personal hygiene, and good conversation. About the care needs: Very social, outgoing, compassionate person who likes to listen to my husbands personal experiences. They must have patience as he is a very impatient person. They would need to be able to change him daily as he is incontinent. They would also need to be able to use a Hoyer lift to get him out of bed into a wheelchair and back in bed again if needed. He would need his breakfast and lunch made for him. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
