About who needs care: Dad has Parkinsons. Likes to walk but lately having forgetful periods so is afraid to walk by himself. Speaks slowly and quietly but understands a lot. Lives with my stepmom who has limited mobility but cognitively fine. Looking for walking companion, possibly for both of them one at a time, and helper around the house for a couple of hours a few times per week. About the care needs: Confident, attention to detail, reliable, comfortable walking with older / fragile folks. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
