My husband is a new quadriplegic who will need an aid to be with us on the weekends to help out with transfers (must be familiar with hoyer lift), feeding, bathing, light housework, etc. either myself or his parents will be there to do trach care wound care suctioning and straight cathing. CNA with current license preferred. He is a 40-year-old male who had a spinal cord stroke while hospitalized following a car accident with burn and inhalation injuries. He is very friendly, optimistic, and enjoys getting to know those around him. We are looking for someone reliable, friendly, and okay with cats (we have 2 friendly cats). Preferably an active CNA license and CPR. Park on the street or use public transit. We have two friendly cats, a ginger and a tortoise shell, they are 5 and 6 years old.
