About who needs care: I am currently receive TPN nutrition at night by IV. I need skilled nurse care to take me off the IV in the morning. The TPN runs 12 hours over nite. About the care needs: The care giver needs to be familiar with IV processes for TPN disconnect from the PICC line. The process takes less than 30 minutes.
