We are seeking a compassionate, experienced caregiver for a 240 lb, 5'11" male who needs assistance with daily living activities. Requirements: Must complete a W-4 to report wages and tax withholding Must be physically capable of transferring and assisting a 240 lb, 5'11" individual To be paid by the insurance company, provide documentation of one of the following: CNA or HHA certification, or equivalent At least 75 hrs classroom training plus 16 hrs clinical caregiver training within the past 5 years At least 1 year of assisted-living facility experience Responsibilities: Medication prompting and management Light housekeeping and tidying Mobility assistance and colostomy bag cleaning/changing Bathing, dressing, and feeding support Assisting with physical activity and providing companionship. Meal prep, eating assistance & heavy lifting
