About who needs care: 77-year-old Portuguese man with dementia. Were looking for someone to support him with his daily routine. In the morning, duties include helping him sit up and safely get out of bed, assisting with showering and getting dressed, and then taking him for a good walk. He is still mobile but moves slowly and with some stiffness. In the evening, we need help with his dinner, getting him comfortably seated in his chair, and then assisting him back into bed. About the care needs: Looking for a caregiver with dementia and memory care experience who is hands-on, gentle, and soft-spoken. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
