Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and patient-centered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services that improve mobility, restore function, and enhance the quality of life for patients in a variety of clinical settings. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical abilities, needs, and goals. Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. Provide rehabilitative care to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further injury. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members. Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records. Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and ongoing care. Adhere to all state and facility regulations and professional standards. Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist License. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
