We are looking for a kind, reliable, and patient person to spend time with our 24-year-old son, Ryan. Ryan is developmentally delayed, but he is a gentle, sweet, and quiet young man who enjoys simple, comforting routines. This is not a medical or behavioral support position -- we're looking for someone to build a genuine connection with Ryan through companionship and consistency. Responsibilities include: -Providing companionship and engaging with Ryan (watching TV, playing PS5, going for walks) -Serving snacks or premade lunch/dinner -Offering a calm, positive presence in the home Requirements: -Must love dogs -- we have a friendly 4-year-old Goldendoodle who is part of the family -Prior experience with individuals with special needs is a plus -Dependable, respectful, and kind Starting with 5 hours per week
