About who needs care: Thursday, December 5 she will be discharged from acute rehab. She has a broken arm needs assistance with all ADLs and putting on the sling in the morning and taking it off. Walks with a cane needs monitoring one on one whenever moving throughout her apartment and help with opening things dressing, etc.. overnights are only to assist her to go into the bathroom occasionally at night and help her put her CPAP back on About the care needs: She has a wonderful personality, but is very frustrated that her arm is broken. She had a stroke two years ago and has done amazingly well looking for a caregiver to keep her spirits up. Help her get back all of her independence and enjoy her wonderful personality. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
