I would prioritize patient safety, hygiene, and comfort. I would assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals. I would take vital signs, observe any changes in condition, and report them to the nurse. Throughout the day, I would communicate respectfully with residents and staff, keep rooms clean and organized, and document care properly. I would end my day by ensuring residents are comfortable and all tasks are complete My interests include helping others, learning new healthcare skills, and improving my professional knowledge. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, staying organized, and taking care of myself so I can provide better care to others. I also enjoy activities that help me stay patient, calm, and focused at work. A caregiver should be compassionate, reliable, and patient, with good communication skills.
