Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Medfield

About the job

I am looking for a senior care provider with experience for my mother who is a retired special education teacher. She lives with me and my family. She has moderate symptoms of dementia including forgetfulness, trouble organizing, difficulty with expressive language and some trouble with balance. We were hoping to find someone to provide care, assistance preparing lunch, reminding her to take her afternoon medication, companionship and transportation for light driving to spots in Medfield. She might also like some help with: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, She enjoys walking and getting out for lunch, coffee or ice cream.
