About who needs care: She is unable to walk, so she has to be wheeled to the bathroom and needs someone to help her inside. We would need someone overnight who she can call when she is sleeping if she needs to use the bathroom, so my mother can have a full night of sleep. It would just be bathroom needs and getting her in and out of bed. She is the sweetest woman ever and loves to meet new people whether that be nurses or my friends. About the care needs: We would like someone with patience, as my grandmother can be a bit stubborn at times. Our ideal caregiver would be kind and pasionate about providing a comfortable person for my grandmother to rely on. We would need someone overnight who is able to assist her in getting in and out of her wheelchair, facilitating her bathroom needs, and is comfortable and willing to be someone she can rely on. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
