Live-in Home Care Needed For Myself In Lexington

Seeking live-in home care near Lexington for myself in my 60s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Need someone to also walk/play with high energy, but super friendly female border collie mix. I hate being dependent and would prefer to order doordash and do simple cooking once I am mobile enough. Family going away when I am 3 weeks post-surgery from spinal disk repair. Need someone until I'm independent. Could be twice a day instead of live-in. Know a dog walker if that part won't work. I'm pretty reasonable and low maintenance. Work from home on computer and that will occupy most of my time.
