This position is a split shift with care needed for a few hours in the am: Saturday morning: 8 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Saturday afternoon: 4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Sunday: 8 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Sunday afternoon: 4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Patient: She has bulbar ALS, mobility issues and uses an app. communication because she can't speak. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Assistance with medication is needed, light housekeeping, some personal care required, including feeding (must be comfortable with feeding tube - we will train). Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
