About who needs care: beginning forget fullness needs someone to take her grocery shopping go to dump maybe errands like cvs, dollar store, ect. keep frig cleaned could use housekepping About the care needs: Friendly, good listener, can share a few laughs, and has patience. Beginning dementia; confusion, forgetting, losing sense of time has a hard time trusting health generally fine thinks she doesn't need much help Has always been very independent and I want her to live well in her home but don't really want her driving everywhere although she stays close to home. I have driven her to the dump and put the trash in the correct place; then drove to the recycle area and she does all that herself. she is my sister and my own health doesn't allow me to do typical things. I took her to grocery store, on a visit yesterday, and threw out my back while bending. she could really use the companionship Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
