About who needs care: Dad is 88 almost 89, he has alzheimer's and needs someone to get him to take his glaucoma drops and his morning meds at a regular time each morning. About the care needs: Be understanding and comfortable with dad's lack of sleep schedule. He could be up and dressed or asleep still when someone arrives. He tends to get up and walk around without a bathrobe or maybe in a bathrobe. The caregiver would need to be able to call out, ask if he's presentable... possibly hand him a robe... or even okay with taking his drops and meds to him in bed. Mom is home too but not reliably getting meds/drops taken consistently.
