Excellus Home Care is In need of a senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Client has a small dog. Daily transportation to meetings are included in duties. Transportation to doctors appointments, as well as documentation on all shifts is required.
