Driver For Senior's Part Time Work Commute

My incredible 92-year-old grandmother continues to work part time. It is something she takes much pride and care for in her determination to not be "an old lady". While she still drives, she battles the sun's glare each way of her 45minute-1hour commute - not to mention impatient drivers. It would make our family and her much more at ease to know she can safely continue to go to work. She typically works Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, beginning at 7:30 and ending at 3:30. Sometimes these days and times are different based on the season and appointments. She lives with me in West Concord and commutes to Dedham. I am exploring options for safe, trustworthy modes of transport for her.
