About the job
• Looking for caring, reliable attendants to support a smart, friendly 20-year-old young adult who uses a wheelchair. This is non-medical home care. • All transfers are powered by an electric lift (we'll train you--easy to use). No experience needed -- we provide training. • BACKGROUND CHECK is run for everyone's safety. • Family, friendly environment • Assist the young adult with evening/morning routines: bathroom, showering, dressing, and hygiene (using the electric lift). • Light housekeeping for one bedroom & bathroom: tidy/organize, light laundry, floors, bed/bath/sink. • $16. 44/hr paid through Medicaid once enrolled; $14/hr cash during startup. Available shifts • Thu, Fri, Sat: mornings 9:30 am-2:30 p.m. • Weekend: evenings 7:00-11:00 p.m. * Weekend Overnights: 11:00 pm-7:00 am
