About who needs care: 4 weeks past stroke. At this point has feeding tube but can eat with encouragement. Learning to transfer from wheelchair to toilet. Needs neuro rehab support About the care needs: Someone with a good since of humor, enjoys watching TV, and being outside (weather permitting) Help with transfer to appointments Need to help with showers and transfers from chair to toilet Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
