We are seeking an in-home caregiver to provide personalized support for our 33-year-old partner diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. - Provide companionship and emotional support while being engaging. - Assist with daily living activities, including personal care (bathing, grooming, and dressing), meal preparation, and medication management. - Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment; identify and mitigate potential hazards. -Support with housekeeping, such as laundry, loading and unloading the dishwasher, light, dusting, & vacuuming. -Must be able to go through an assigned agency for payment as he has a PD waiver with the State of Kansas that Medicaid helps pay for a portion of the caregiver and adhere to their requirements from the state. Will pay the difference between the set rate through Medicaid and the difference of agreed rate. Going for walks, making sure they have their meals and snacks prepped Playing Mario kart and going for walks and dancing Positive attitude and dependable. Someone that's willing to embrace the uniqueness of his situation and providing a safe and loving environment. Street parking Three dogs and two cats that are super loving and listen well
