About who needs care: My Dad has a form of FTD called Primary Progressive Aphasia. He is losing is ability to speak and losing his motor skills. His cognitive abilities are also declining. He likes watching movies, playing cards, listening to conversations, sitting outside, sometimes walks. About the care needs: We would like someone who is comfortable with very light personal care. Applying lotion to arms, legs, feet and hands. Helping with OT and PT Exercises, taking him for walks, with and without a wheelchair. Maybe some light meal prep. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
