About who needs care: Recently fell, fractured her pelvis. Spent two weeks at a rehabilitation center. She has dementia, short term memory issues. Struggles getting around with her walker, but, she definitely needs it. About the care needs: Friendly, personable personality. Make her feel comfortable to take showers. Kinda help supervise/look out for her, help/encourage her to do her exercises to help her stay independent. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
