Round-trip Transportation Needed From New Carlisle To Chicago

Seeking transportation to an out-patient procedure at the University of Chicago in Hyde Park. I'm a male cancer patient in my 40's and would need someone to drive me from New Carlisle to Chicago and then wait a few hours for my procedure then drive me back home. I'm anticipating it being about a 7-8hour day from pickup to return home. I can confirm hours once I make the appt. It'll be Wednesday, Nov 19th from 6a-2p (+/- 1 hour). Requesting a non-smoker and vaxxed.
