About the job
About who needs care: 90 yo, 85 #. vascular dementia. Not combative. Very chill. Needs help gettinng up, sitting down (toilet), walks with walker very slowly. Uses bedside commode to shorten walking distance. Needs help wiping or balancing when using commode. No need to help with meals or meds. Her husband does this. Usually sleeps from 11pm-3 p.m. (with bathroom breaks) then is up for 4 p.m. meal and 8 p.m. meal that husband prepares. Doesn't need help eating. About the care needs: kind, patient gentle. Skill - transfering Services needed include: mobility assistance.
