Seeking Full-time Adult Care Provider In Fishers

Looking for a caring, compassionate adult care provider with experience. My mother in law has been in and out of hospital, rehab since July. Has currently been bedridden in hospital for about 2 weeks. My father in law cannot physically care for her without risking injuring one or both of them. And mentally, emotionally, and psychologically, he is beyond burned out. They are the most caring, generous people, but they've had a rough year, are frustrated and discouraged. We need someone who can be firm, tough with him when he tries to help, and shoo him away if he is hovering. Our care needs: some medication prompting, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, help staying physically active, including HEP from PT, bathing, washing hair, some occasional light meal prep, possibly running an errand once in awhile, and companionship.
