Companion Care Needed For My Father In Elkhart

About the job

About who needs care: He is Diabetic, he can walk but does have some balance issues. Has fallen once this past calendar year. He does like to go to Martins on Thursdays for Coffee with some guys. He does enjoy going out to the Steel yard. I am basically looking for someone to come over and make breakfast at 9:30 and lunch around 12:30 and leave by 2 p.m. maybe 3. Mainly reheating leftovers that we have for him and bringing it to him. He does have some errands to do each week but mainly the bank or post office. About the care needs: He responds better to women as he will like to tell stories of things that he has done or seen(old school). The caregiver needs to be a good listener but also strong enough to tell him he shouldn't do that. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
