Hands-on reliable care needed for my mother in her 70s. The daily routine would be making her breakfast/coffee with her chewable vitamins. Walk with her inside or outside for an hour/3 miles (fast pace). Do activities with her to engage her mind. Make her lunch. Assistance needed with brushing teeth, toileting, showering. Going on outings would be ideal to keep her quality of life. She has a heart of gold, loves to play with her babies (dolls), color, listen to music, look at photo albums and have a relaxed/safe/reliable environment.
