About who needs care: Dementia, incontinence, uses walker with assistance, She needs assistance getting out of bed, toileted, (uses purwick at night) dressed. My husband is here with her but neither of them are comfortable toileting her. All she needs is to be out of bed in the morning, toileted every 2-3 hours, pads changed in her diaper, or diaper changed. And sometimes if I am not home, she needs to be given her medications, dressed for bed, helped into bed and purwick placed properly and turned on. My husband will assist with her meals. Although she does not eat well Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
