About who needs care: heart issues, diabetes, very impaired vision, impaired hearing, mobility issues (fall risk) Mom is very independent, just needs someone to help with the ADL things that she finds difficult, help her communicate via telephone and internet (tech challenged) run errands (can not drive) and assistance to help regain some mobility and balance (walk with her). She is currently taking PT and OT to help with some painful joints About the care needs: calm, organized, patient, tech savvy!! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
