I need someone to take me to surgery (less than 1 mile from my house) on Monday, Dec 8th, stay at the surgery center and bring me back home. I'm having surgery on my shoulder so I'll only be able to use one arm and I don't know how long I'll be in the sling until the actual surgery so the end date needs to be a bit flexible. I won't know what time the surgery will be until the evening of Dec 5th. I also will need to get to a follow up appointment and PT on Thursday, Dec 11th (also less than a mile from my house). I can provide the vehicle if needed. I also need help with my cats. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation.
