Hello, we are looking for a caregiver who can come multiple days a week during the evening shift for my father for three hours. My father is bedridden and has a G-Tube and urinary catheter. Responsibilities include: giving formula and medications through the g-tube; bathing in bed; and transferring him to a wheelchair with a hoyer lift and back to bed. He is able to eat soft foods orally and thickened liquids as well. A normal evening usually looks like this: checking blood sugar/BP; starting a body bath, changing into clean clothes, transfer to wheelchair; feeding dinner/formula given via g-tube while he watches TV; administering medications with supervision; transferring back to bed for the night. We are looking for someone who is able-bodied, kind, gentle and comfortable and familiar with taking care of elderly patients. Thank you!
