My mom Ginny is 94 yrs old and has dementia and is a fall risk. She fell a few years back and now uses a walker for ambulation. Because of her dementia she is spontaneous and her fall risk has increased. Caregiver must keep an eye on her at all times to make sure walker is used. Caregiver responsible with toileting needs. Caregiver must speak clear English. No accents due to Ginny's diminished hearing. Ginny also smokes 3-5 cigarettes a day. Caregiver must be comfortable with smoking. Lunch will be made to serve. Most of day consists of watch TV and movies. Ginny is not a conversationalist, however she will kindly partake in small talk. She is sweet, kind and gentle. She enjoys sitting on porch on nice days. Training with be given prior to first day. No accents, ok with smoking and experienced middle-aged or older caregiver a must.
