Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Wheeling

About who needs care: I am currently disabled due to a fall that cause a fracture on my right foot and double fracture in my left ankle. I need help transferring to and from recliner/bed/bathroom/wheelchair. Also some light household duties such as dishes, tidying up and meal prep. We have 2 dogs so taking them for a short walk is a must. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver would be someone who is strong enough to push me in the wheelchair (no lifting needed other than my legs to place pillows under them), must be ok with dogs, and would have an eye to "anticipate the needs". Willing to follow instructions. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
