Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Peoria

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: patient needs help with drinking enough liquids, opportunities to socialize with residents of facility but outside nursing home area where she lives, be with patient as her nurses aid walks with her, make sure she gets mental stimulation. There are too many ways that she became passive, and I, daughter have worked hard to help her socialize and use her mind. She's happier when she's doing that. But will just watch TV day and night if no one is getting her out with people.
