Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father

About who needs care: My father had a stroke at the end of September 2025. He is a very smart man, but needs assistance 24 hours a day. He needs help with making meals, getting into the shower and bathroom and driving. He loves to read and watch football and is very social. He goes to Shirley Ryan 3 times a week for 3 hours each. He has been going to many doctor appointments too. I have another caregiver in place and he is the lead caregiver so he will tell who ever we hire how to run the schedule, prepare meds and write down appointments, etc in the calendar. We need someone who can recognize the signs of a stroke and call 911 immediately if this happens again. We also need someone who is friendly and will communicate with me so I know what is going on. I am my father's power of attorney and health so the caregivers report to me. About the care needs: My father has urinary incontinence so would need some assistance with that. My father is very social. His wife is still living she is living at Terra Vista, so he will want to visit her. He also likes to go to church if he can. He likes watching sports and keeping in touch with his friends. A caregiver he would like is someone who is nice, caring and social. We need someone who can cook and drive well and experience. He has a car. He takes many medications and the caregiver would be in charge of sorting them and giving them to him. He also has eye drops for glaucoma and will need help putting them in his eyes throughout the day. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
