About who needs care: My grandfather has Alzheimers and lives at home with my mom, step dad, and 3 dogs. He is just an older man who sits at home and enjoys watching tv. We are looking for someone to just make sure he stays safe while at home. (As my mom and step dad are both at work) No specific routine, this ideally would be a very laidback position. He can bathe himself as well as use the restroom on his own. About the care needs: This position would be great for someone who may be a college student, someone who has the luxury of WFH and can even do so in our home, while just keeping an eye out on my grandfather. For the most part, he is a quiet guy, until he starts yelling out the wrong answers on jeopardy or wheel of fortune. Someone who is caring and understanding of someone who has Alzheimers.
