About who needs care: My Dad recently got out of a rehab center as he was in there for 8 weeks after being in hospital for 2 weeks. He is a lung transplant recipient going on 8 years and recently had some mini strokes and lower back fractures. He has trouble standing up sometimes and uses a walker to move around his condominium. He needs help getting around his home and help with meals as well as assistance going to the bathroom. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
