About who needs care: Father has Alzheimers and mobility issues after West Nile and a stroke. Mom has mobility issues. They watch a lot of tv. About the care needs: Mom likes to talk to people. Dad is pretty quiet. No real special skills necessary. They just cant be alone anymore.
